Refund Policy

At Evergreen Education, we are committed to delivering high-quality learning experiences that drive growth and impact. We understand that plans change, and we strive to offer a fair and transparent refund policy.

1. Live Workshops & Training Programs

  • Cancellations 30+ days before the program start date: Full refund or credit toward a future session.

  • Cancellations 14-29 days before the program start date: 50% refund or full credit toward a future session.

  • Cancellations 13 days or less before the program start date: No refunds.

No-shows are not eligible for refunds or credits.

2. Self-Paced & Digital Courses

  • Refunds are available within 14 days of purchase, provided that less than 20% of the course content has been accessed.

  • No refunds will be issued after 14 days or if significant course material has been accessed.

3. Custom Programs & Consulting Services

  • Due to the tailored nature of our consulting and custom learning solutions, all sales are final once work has begun.

  • Clients may request modifications or rescheduling in accordance with their contract terms.

4. Exceptional Circumstances

We recognize that unexpected situations arise. If you experience extenuating circumstances, please contact us at info@evergreeneducation.us, and we will work with you to find a fair solution.

5. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund or credit, please email info@evergreeneducation.us with your name, program details, and reason for the request. Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days after approval.
